The event is intended for potential investors for a growing startup company in the cyber field. This event marks the end of major technology and cyber exhibition.
The mission
Design and plan a fun event for investors, connect with guests, and create interactions when company values are at the forefront.
Challenges
The event takes place in a different state, I’ll have to design the event without being in the setup.
The venue is a huge outdoor space with no equipment or furniture.
How did I do it?

I wrote a detailed document for the operation team with precise simulations and explanations of how to stage the event.

I used specific lights to create ambient, and the logo colors to strengthen the subconscious bond between the visitors and the brand.
