Annual Christmas Celebration
 

A branded winter market designed to bring 300 employees together through warmth, celebration, and connection.
 

An annual corporate Christmas celebration was envisioned as more than a company party. The project began with a deeper exploration of the values the experience should embody: family, generosity, and connection. These principles guided the design of the entire evening.

The concept took shape as a branded Winter Market inspired by the warmth of European holiday traditions. The space was transformed into a festive environment filled with seasonal foods and carefully designed details that reinforced a sense of togetherness.

The evening unfolded as a journey. It began with a relaxed market atmosphere where guests could explore and mingle, and gradually evolved into a vibrant celebration and dance party. By the end of the night, many guests found it hard to leave.

The project included full experience design, art direction, and production for more than 300 employees. Branded gifts were designed and produced to extend the narrative of the experience beyond the event itself.

A custom interactive game ran throughout the evening, encouraging guests to connect with one another. Together with the event facilitation team, every element was carefully orchestrated to create one cohesive and memorable experience.
